Master’s programmes
Start a transformative educational journey with a Finnish master’s degree program. In Finland, there are two types of master’s degrees: the University Master’s degree and the Master’s degree from a University of Applied Sciences. The selection process is based on your academic performance in the bachelor’s degree or, in some programs, an entrance exam.
High School
Finnish high school education offers academically oriented studies that prepare students for higher education and lifelong learning. The typical duration is three years, and studies include a wide range of subjects such as languages, sciences, mathematics, humanities, and arts. . Upon graduation, students take the Finnish matriculation examination, which serves as a gateway to universities and universities of applied sciences.
Vocational School
Vocational schools in Finland offer practical, hands-on education that prepares students for working life and further studies. The programs typically last around three years and include both school-based learning and on-the-job training. Students can choose from a wide range of fields, such as healthcare, technology, business, hospitality, and more. Vocational education supports personal growth, career readiness, and lifelong skills. Graduates receive a nationally recognized vocational qualification that opens the door to employment or further studies at universities of applied sciences.
